Press release on the meeting of the Board of Directors of ZCMC and the meeting of shareholders

On November 27, 2024, a meeting of the Board of Directors of Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine Closed Joint-Stock Company was held, during which the Board, among other questions, proposed to the shareholders of the Company to pay annual dividends from the accumulated total net profit of the Company based on the results of the Company's activities in 2023 (including previous years).

On December 5, 2024, general meeting of the shareholders of the Company was held, during which the shareholders of the Company discussed the questions of annual financial statements, balance sheet, profit and loss account, distribution of profits and losses, as well as payment of annual dividends from the accumulated total net profit of the Company based on the results of the Company's activities in 2023 (including previous years), in the total  amount of AMD 152 billion, proportionally to the shares of its shareholders in the Company’s charter capital.
