Fashion and Design Chamber of Armenia has successfully established a Digital Sewing Lab at CreLab Kotayk within the frames of the DT4SME project. This state-of-the-art venue is now ready to support the fashion industry by enhancing SMEs' capacity and providing new services. Through advanced technological equipment and comprehensive training, digital pattern-making processes are becoming more accessible for SMEs in fashion industry.
The first capacity-building workshops on the 2D Pattern Making Software Assyst V23 (CAD) have been already conducted.
The participants are very excited as they realise the importance of these skills for the future of their business. These workshops are a significant step forward in providing local fashion businesses with the tools they need to thrive in the digital world.
The project "Digital Transformation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Eastern Partnership Countries" (DT4SME) is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ.
